Today I:

• Slept like the dead
• Made coffee
• Did dishes
• Fixed gunky bathroom sink
• Paid bills
• Edited things
• Brushed the kitty

I am still sort of achy everywhere, but in that way that's like "okay i've slept for awhile and now it's time to move or i'll feel like more crap" kind of way. The weather is getting warmer this weekend so I'm guessing that's the cause of all this, bleeeehhhh

At least it's pretty out though. 8)

I got your wonderful package!! HOLY CRAP DUDE WOW. Thank you so much for the sweet card (the octopus drawing was SO CUTE) and trying new candy was such fun, I really liked both candy bars a lot! The penguin cakes were super good too. :d Also dang I ran out of gingerbread tea and THEN THERE WAS GINGERBREAD TEA IN THE BOX OMG MIRACLES

The box also got here on Bea's yoinking day, even, so the timing was perfect!



She keeps sort of scooting around the house with the sashimi under her belly, it's really cute. X)

• I got pretty jewelry on discount--a pair of little silver/hematite crescent moon earrings and a wee barrette that's a cluster of shooting stars and they both together cost like five bucks

• BEATRIX STEPPED ON MY HEAD AND SCRATCHED MY LEFT LOWER EYELID AAUUGHHH
• I'm okay, it was just a teeny scratch and it'll probably be fine but IT FEELS REALLY WEIRD WITHOUT ACTUALLY HURTING AND I DON'T LIKE IT
• also I made the mistake of reading a bunch of news and other stressful things and NOW I'M ALL ANXIOUS AND SAD GOSH I WONDER WHY THAT COULD BE

But hey, I have coffee and I'm all sparkly, that's more than I can say for a lot of Mondays.

 

Oh my gosh, that jewelry is awesome! Love the barrette especially, I actually HELLA want one like that—do you know if the place you bought it from has an online shop?

 

... D'oh, I forgot to mention I found these at JoAnn's in their for-actual jewelry section (I did not know they had finished jewelry! So much of it is SO PRETTY) so if you live by one of those you might be able to find it in-store. (There were lots of other really cute moon and star themed things too. 8))

But yes: I found some similar ones but for some reason the gold one isn't anywhere on their site o_O

Also I like that you can go back and explore all the little dialogue trees--sim type interactive games kinda stress me out sometimes because i'm always afraid i'm picking the wrong choice. x_x

 

Good Things:

• I bundled up yesterday and went for a walk and I actually felt pretty dang good afterward. I'm going to try and make it a regular thing.
• @seebs fixed some weird little problem i was having with my phone's internet connection and now I can play pokemon in the car again, WHOOO
• I have been craving orange juice like MAD and I finally got some and oh god it was so good
• @Mercury made me some cute house items in FFXIV <3
• @jacktrash and @seebs got me sushi for dinner, (THANK YOU LOTS I REALLY NEEDED IT <3) and I ended up getting an unexpected surprise: instead of sushi + shrimp tempura appetizer, I got sushi + shrimp tempura MEAL. O_O It was super chaotic at the restaurant so I guess they got something mixed up in the rush--but the receipt had everything correct on it so Iiii dunno. X) I didn't notice this until we got home, so I shared it with Luka and it was really, really nice. 8)

I dreamed @Mercury and I went back to my college, and I remember being vaguely aware that I should go visit my counselor and make sure all my classes were registered, but then there was a giant zoo and a mall the size of a small city and roller coasters and there was a bar giving away free food for returning students so we went there and I made a little vampire out of sandwich box materials and made it go "BLUH!" at @Mercury and they gave me a look like they weren't sure whether they wanted to laugh or groan X)
