Ooh, I bought a Milano blush I liked once. Mousse is fine - my skin is sensitive to heavy oils and mattifying agents (if they're really heavy - I've noticed if it just does some minor oil control, that's fine, but if it's meant to make your skin look like dry plastic that's gonna Fuck My Shit Up). If the mattifying properties aren't out of control intense it should be fine!

Milano also has a couple other foundations in a similar price range so if the first one is a bad fit there might be another formula better suited! I personally really enjoy milano products for their affordable prices and extreme color pay off and interesting shade range in eyeshadows and lip products so i bounce around their productline a ton :P

I really like the pigmentation with Milano! I'll be sure to look around at what foundations they have.

@ZeroEsper I use a powder foundation from BornPretty which is actually really great on my sensitive problem skin (rosacea, just generally poor immune system). It's called a two-way cake and it has two shades of powder foundation. They're only a couple of dollars US and I actually overstocked these last time I ordered - I just wildly overestimated how much I use - so I have one unused and still boxed; if you want to try it I'd be happy to post it to you.

I did some fun things with my lipstick today and I MUST SHARE.

I put a metallic gold (Nyx Wicked Lippies) over a dark matte red (Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink) and the results are, I must say, gorgeous! The gold doesn't look good on me at ALL on its own but it looks lovely over the red, I think.

  11. Very nice! Looks rather gothic.

Question, is the greaser look still cool?

i mean that kinda depends what kinda 'cool' you're talking about? It's not really current instagram stylish stuff and I don't think I know of any super established greaser subcultures in my hometown, but I'm sure there's places that get into the grease lightning look.

I have heard reports from my dad that there´s a rockabillly bar here so I imagine at least adjacent subcultures are a thing.

oh yeah, i suppose that would do it, I don't really do the bar thing so I wouldn't know xP There's a diner around where i live but i get looked at with some bemused confusion rolling up there in rockabilly xP

Cool is irrelevant, imo. Dress however makes you happy! <3

I may not be good at much today, but I am good at developing hecka cute new summer looks, featuring a top I held onto through 3+ closet purges bc I just knew it would be perfect if I could figure out how I wanted to use it!

Hi kintsugi fashion icons, have any of you got some tips on how to toe the line between looking like a butch who lives in a forest&eats moss for breakfast and a flamboyant gay dude who is into dresses sometimes? I know it's very specific but my gender is confusing and horrible and it demands floral skirts and shiny things while still looking as androgynous as possible.
I keep thinking about shaving my head again because the shaved head+long flowy dress/skirt+combat boots is a heavenly look, but... I look best with middle-length hair... and I spent so much time caring for it to regrow what's fallen out... and short hair exposes my weak chin which I kinda hate :x But shaved head might be the only way to allow myself to wear skirts and dresses and even makeup sometimes if I feel like it. What do?
