a few clarifications:

1. this was mostly a simpsons reference (there's a bit where moe boasts that his new massive deep fryer can flash-fry a buffalo in 40 seconds, and homer responds "40 seconds?! but i want it NOW! :(" and that's become a running joke in my family)
2. it was referencing me installing an update to a casting app i use, but it's also how i feel literally any time i install/update a program

gonna give grid a nug for their troubles (they loaned me a lil so i'll give them some of mine to make up for it)

but yeah this is a VERY GOOD THING bc my fibro has been MURDERING me and weed is honestly the only thing i've found that really really helps there? like, ibuprofen helps a little, but usually not enough. i should probably pick up more cbd oil too at some point, since that helps just as much as actual weed, but for now i'm just gonna. buy some weed.

At one point, I was on an antidepressant that also had off-label use as a painkiller for nerve pain specifically. That helped (some) of my physical issues and (some) of my mental issues. But I had to pay $600/mo for it, out of pocket bc my insurance wouldn't cover it, and had to drive an hour and half each way to see the only professional who had openings who would monitor my use, AND it had a huge list of things I had to avoid eating/drinking & still fucked up my digestive system something fierce.

Weed is way better at helping with anxiety & insomnia, really helps every part of my fucked-up hands, and is actually significantly cheaper. Which I would not have expected.
