Giacomo's Fishing Net if using dynamic trees it has a Bunch of compatibilty addons equaldragons whoops (yes, that is the mod's actual name, and it exists to make placing blocks around a pure daisy easier. that's it that's all it does) if using both corail pillar and chisel, there's corial pillar-extension chisel
i think it would. so any critter-adding mods like waddles are a no go. i haven't managed to get pokecube to work, but that's a launcher problem. iirc it wants the twitch launcher and twitch is so broken for me that i uninstalled it.
(if playing without pixelmon then better animals plus adds foxes, which makes it the best mod ever in existence no question) (they're really cute foxes) (it also adds coyotes u can tame)
i should try that on a different pack then, cuz that sounds super cute. the thing that makes me unutterably happy about pixelmon is how the world is full of creatures going about their business, and none of them are out to murder you. there's birds flying overhead, fish swimming in the water, something squeaking in the bushes, and it's all completely harmless. i mean, they want to pick fights with your pokemon, but the worst that'll happen is your pokemon will faint. and then they're fainted and nothing can pick fights with them. but you can like... walk right through giant boss pokemon and they don't even take a swing. very different feel from the hostility of the vanilla minecraft world or the emptiness of it on peaceful mode. i also really like how the villagers are swapped with pixelmon villagers who have names and personalities. though i wish you could still trade with them.
Okokokokok new dream mod: Animal Crossing. Just. You have sets of pregenerated personalities that can send u on lil quests and have little convos with each other and you can become friends with them.
this is the wackiest looking mod i ever saw and i love it https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/hex-lands
i created a world with it, and it is goofy af. everything is squished into the hexes, including amplitude, which means tall bits are pencils and deep bits are funnels. coral reefs are glowy circles. towns change level abruptly, but that's nothing new really. underground stuff isn't affected, alas; i was looking forward to hex shaped lava lakes. still, if you ever wanted to play settlers of catan in 3d, there you are!
let me tell you about davincis vessels. i found a quark pirate ship, stuck a helm on it, and DROVE IT HOME. pls note that i am on the diagonal here. this ship was actually moving when i took this screenshot. and here it is parked in my bay: i tried to park it on the diagonal but when you dismount it reverts to squareland physics, alas. still. i STOLE THAT SHIP FROM PIRATES and i am pleased as punch.
is davincis vessels a remake of that older archamedies (sp?) mod? cause the premise and a lot of how it works seems to be very similar, just updated to work with later versions of minecraft
Pic dump incoming! Two posts bc. I finally got around to taking down the vanilla buildings and replacing them with prettier ones, interior included. Outsides first tho. Library: Butcher: Cottage: Smithy (unadorned) Bonus: Got the poseable armorstand book and the custom heads packs to work @@_@@
Interiors! Library. I need more leather for books, or a datapack that allows me to use enchanted books for bookcases. Also, I fucking love the terracotta rotation wrench pack @@_@@: Butcher: Cottage: Smithy:
ty, but we're on 1.13 with plans to go 1.14 once the farms are updated, and afaik bibliocraft is still stuck in 1.12 uu_uu sjust. so many junk enchanted books i just toss into lava bc theyre bow enchantments or fishing rod enchantments or cursed or we already have more than we could ever need of those. eta: googled around a bit. there's a dedicated website to creating recipe data packs i am so happy ;;_;;
oh dang, so you have like. NO mods, huh? that's why i haven't gone to 13 personally. the modders agreed to stick with 12 for a while so everything didn't end up scattered and incompatible, which i think makes lots of sense and i'm basically glad they did it. but i crave that aquatic update. it'd be so good for my pirate server, if only it wasn't a choice between new water and all the mods that make it piratical.
The issue iirc is that 1.13 changed a lot of backend stuff, mostly to do with how item ids work I think? So forge has had to be basically rebuilt, and while a couple new general mod apis (fabric and one other) have popped up most modders don't want to learn this whole new Thing, especially since they know forge is gonna be updated eventually. Forge for 1.13 is currently still in beta, I believe
1.13 changed the entirety of item tags, and a couple other things on top. i am not deep enough into modded minecraft to stick to 1.12 100% but i have both. (all 3 now, with 1.14, but im waiting on the farms.) in 1.12 oak planks were planks[1], now they're oak_planks. but yeah, no mods, only datapacks. which have some really nifty stuff to be fair. doing interesting stuff like extended villager data and worldedit and schematics are a major pain though...
