This year's: The picture doesn't show off my creepy-long arms, bc of course my uncle sent me the one from when I decided to strike a comical sexy leg pose, but nonetheless. My dad and I get super into Halloween; he made that mask three years ago.
I need to find pictures of the time I was a murderous bunny girl, with a handmade chainsaw. That was epic. This year I'm being super lazy and using a red sweatshirt and a floofy skirt to be little red riding hood.
Thank you! I made up the creature I was imagining and drew it, and then my dad and I put together the actual costume. The version from a couple years ago had a rib cage chestpiece, a big cloak, furry leg bits and no motorcycle jacket, but I'm reusing it with new bits bc I didn't want to make a new costume. I'm excited - tomorrow my friend and I are going to a nearby town that has a parade and stuff : D

You guys I'll not manage to finish my halloween headdress this year I'm afraid only got the black spray paint today and the poor headdress is in a desastrous stage of not done And now my brotehr tells me he doesn't even have a blue hoodie for me to be sans with I'm still gonna paint my face though, unless I can manage to put the headdress together in the stretch of like ten hours, then paint my face stick on my fangs and my ears and the wig and run outside for a quick photoshoot...? I mean the costume is basically one of my Larp characters one way or another so the thing will see more usage! Poor Seda her debut was supposed to be halloween :I Now I'm gonna be lazy Sans instead.

remember back in january 2014 when people personified a clock and a notepad from some weird youtube videos? well i do because i refuse to move on with my life. i wasn't going to dress up for halloween this year and now i am going to dress up because reasons, and my notepad costume is one of the nicest things i've got, and i do not have a full picture of it right now so i will get one tomorrow. right now you'll have to settle for a blurry low-qualityselfie of me and my friend at con last year. My costume is clothing, because I am sick, and I am a weekend worker, and Halloween festivities are going to be watching movies and eating cookies with my girl(s) this year. Don't get me wrong, I am going to have a great time, but I do feel a little empty without the hoop skirt and medieval bodice madness I usually pull off >u< Spoiler: overdone Here's me from a few years back, being Morgan le Fey >u< Good times. There's no Halloween where I can access it. Base had celebrations but the gate near us is closed on weekends and I can't walk as far as I'd need to to get somewhere much less get home. No pumpkins. No decorations this year, making it four in a row all around. :/ I also had a spontaneous 10 hour sleep and woke up at like. 7pm. But instead of being depressed, I put on my vampire shirt and went and got my fox hood so I was at least wearing SOMETHING. Spoiler: Wow my color is really off today. Bleh chronic illness.
It's like nine pm now and I've been working on Seda's headdress all day but i don't think I'll paint myself this year it's stupid but I have nowhere to go anyway and we aren't even opening the door for trick or treaters :( though i might finish the headdress tonight so that would be something I could post :I
Last bit of my costume is tying knots in rubber bands 8| how many bets my circulstion cuts off sometime tonight
So here's the thing. It turns out that seeing in my Crocmethyst mask is impossible. I nearly tripped over no fewer than four small children, walked into several people, nearly fell flat on my face more than once, and accidentally elbowed an old lady in the fucking eye. So tonight, I'm just gonna go as regular ol' Amethyst. Pearl was right, I never commit. :( Here's a pic regardless. That's @Neurogabu dressed as Morty on the other side of my dad, who is a ceiling fan.
