headcanon: show!Crowley is and always has been an ardent consumer of fiction but after movies got big he stopped reading books. at first it was just for a couple years because he was so excited about the New Thing, but then Aziraphale made a scathing comment and now Crowley outright refuses to read any books just to piss him off. he mentions this at every opportunity and will continue to do so until it stops being funny

unfortunately i have No skills and no specific inspiration for a plot anyway, but god, I hope someone does

...how would they even meet anyway? I headcanon that Adam gives up his powers as the not-Apocalypse summer ends (because of that line about how no summer afterwards would be the same) so it would have to be a genuine coincidence. and Adam sent Warlock to America at the end of the book so either his family would have to vacation there or Warlock would have to come back for some reason. oh or what if they were internet friends? they could totally be internet friends!! that would go differently depending on whether you went by the book or show canon but both versions would be good.

urgh i gotta go up north for my sibling’s bday today but i don’t wanna

i’m tired and oversocialized, the other people there will be 2 of their friends who i’m not really close with (and one of whom they aren’t that close with either tbh), and it’s an hour and a half drive both ways (i can’t just stay the night bc one of their friends is sleeping in my room for the week and i don’t wanna fuck around with the couch)

it’s gonna suck and i want to stay home and play FTL and maybe go buy some music

i decided to stay home and go up next weekend for the 4th instead, we’re gonna see men in black. possibly my sib’s bday present will actually be here by then too

i feel bad but i think this will end up being better for everyone, i hope
