*bounces around* OK so wasn’t Sakura’s spy arc fucking amazing?!? Holy crap the whole Heart-in-a-Net thing was such a great way to follow through with her actual character traits instead of just relegating her to being The Girl. Because, I mean, who better to send on an infiltration mission than someone who never says what she’s actually thinking? And Kakashi’s comment early on that, while the boys might be technically more powerful, between the three, Sakura had the potential to be the best shinobi? It true you guys. The flashy motherfuckers don’t make good spies or assassins.

And making Naruto the medic was a stroke of fucking genius. Because really, look how hard he works to keep from killing people. He doesn’t want people to die. He doesn’t want to kill anyone. Heavy artillery is a terrible career prospect for someone who doesn’t want to make people die.

K that’s all for now, except to say that giving Sasuke someone to be furious with up close was a pretty good call IMO.

 

I’m not even all that familiar with the MCU, but holy shit I love this.

 

An adorable crack premise? Davekat where they actually keep up their snark after hooking up? Everyone being alive? Gamzee being good? Vriska being called out without being bashed? Crack pairings in the background? Endless food puns? Sign me up!

A great look at the women whose deaths in canon paved the way for Robert taking the throne, here very much alive. I especially love Rhaella's chapters as she learns what life is like without her husband.
