I do the Forget Words thing too, though for me it’s more often a stress thing.

For me I just start misspeaking and replacing words with similar sounding words... “Oh yeah I have a ‘secular’ problem” instead of ‘similar’, or “And so I think they have him in impoten—imparent—inpatient care,” and so on. Usually when I’m trying to talk quickly. In public I take the time to repeat the sentence correctly but at home Darling is so used to it I just keep talking.

 

Oh man, I stumble over speech in general SO MUCH. Not quite in the same way, but I’ll often mix shit up. Written language is so much easier.
