shocked to learn that apparently eating ice cream out of coffee mugs is a weird nickel family tradition and not a thing everyone does

 

Sounds like that's weird but fine, sounds like it would be weird but amazing if said mug also involved some coffee, like an unbelievably awesome hot fudge sundae, but the fudge is coffee

 

Honestly that sounds delish.

And yeah, it’s a harmless lil quirk but it’s def a bit unusual!

 

A local ice cream place served a 'tiramisu' sundae with ladyfingers, chocolate cause, and an actual espresso shot on top, since they serve coffees too, and that post put its taste right back in my mouth >u< can recommend.

By 'served' I meant 'serves' because I can't type, meaning its still happening, meaning how close to South Carolina are you

Oh... yeah that's sort really close at all. It's this like... little local place literally in the middle of the train tracks, they call it the Ice Cream Station and there's always exactly 2 tired and bored teenagers staffing it, I love it

We have some wonderful local ice cream parlors too! I love me a good local place. (No tiramisu sundaes at any that I know of though, sadly...)
