Too-ticky does not say fuck, she says PERRRRKELE. Snufkin rarely says fuck except in the phrase "fuck tha police" which he says frequently. Moomintroll has said fuck exactly once in his life, because Little My dared him to, and by the time he got up his courage and said it, Moominmamma had walked into the room and was right behind him.
I'm trying to decide if Mary Poppins says fuck and my brain came up with, "lord, fornicate this into damnation" in place of her saying, "god fucking dammit" when she's good and pissed
badeline from celeste would very rarely say fuck madeline basically never says it but will very rarely think it (if they are unfused they usually think and say fuck at the exact same time)

I think that should have post-makeover Connie as 'says fuck often but doesn't overuse' and early series Connie under 'uses fuck sparingly' I think early series Connie would be very shy about cursing, but as time goes on and Things Happen she just gets more and more Done while she has the whole 'growing into her own person' arc she does in the show. Also Sadie has her bluestreak moments once she joins Sadie and the Killers but mostly uses it when appropriate. She's got a lot of pent up customer service aggression that sometimes slips out.
Battler, Beatrice, and Jessica all say fuck, of the cousins. George will very rarely let one slip out. Maria surprises the shit out of everyone when she says fuck the first time in Witch Mode. Mion swears like a sailor when she's not in class. Shion pretends she's too classy to say fuck but absolutely does. Keiichi sometimes says fuck, but only when stressed. Satoko absolutely says fuck. Rena usually doesn't say fuck, but will when she's scary angry. Spoiler Rika usually seems physically incapable of saying fuck, but her Adult Voice says fuck to great effect

Destiny: Cayde drops the fuck word like it's going out of style, Ikora is master of the tactical f-bomb and if Zavala says it you need to start running. Banshee is more the type to growl 'damnit' under his breath but has been known to say fuck. Saint swears in Russian instead, Osiris says it occasionally but only when alone and Sagira uses all the fucks Osiris wishes he could. Drifter usually only says it when he's happy (so rarely) and Shaxx never swears at all, he just gets loud and creative. Ada never needs to say 'fuck you', she just radiates it with her entire aura.
i feel like there should be a distinction between using fuck as a swear and using fuck as essentially punctuation ("can i get a fuckin....uh....cheeseburger")
