Ordered pain meds; made up some fresh eco-earth for one of the snails' tanks; fed mum's cat and my cat; cleaned the utility room sink, cabinets, fridge doors, window sills, conservatory window sills, back kitchen door, light switches and door handles in all three rooms with antibacterial cleaning solution; relined kitchen compost caddy; washed cat feeding station; vacuumed dining room carpet.
not precisely a thing I did TODAY but I've more or less overcome my justified but inconvenient fear of the oxyacetylene equipment at work! ironically I think setting my hair on fire just a tiny bit helped
Made list of things to do this week. Talked to mother about finding autism advocate, she told me to talk to father, which I will do. Ordered new meds and registered as nonbinary at my doctor's surgery because it turns out I can do that!
Spoiler: diet related Refused to eat junk food until after 6pm; cutting it out entirely isn't going to work for me at first, so I'm restricting when I can have it as a practice method for restricting how much, which I'll move onto in a couple weeks. Felt really hungry even though I did eat enough healthy food, because sugar addiction sucks, but I did NOT give in!
Delivered letter, picked up medicine, bought garlic to use for curing earache, gave bag of rags to charity shop for recycling.
Technically last night, but rescued the tropical houseplants my dad inexplicably thought it was a good idea to put outside in early March from a snowstorm.
-aquarium water change -laundry for the family -groceries (three grocery stores! panic shoppers i swear to god let me get my milk in peace) -cooked dinner for everyone -folded some of the laundry -wrapped birthday presents i am very tired and extremely powerful
Got my antidepressants refilled! Even though it required going outside! (I wore a mask and gloves, and did social distancing.)
Antibac cleaned the light switches, door handles and all of the balastrudes; dusted down door panels; vacuumed bedroom, hall stairs, and hall landings; cleaned hall radiator; polished the years of built-up grease off the en-suite door handles and sanitary silverware; cleaned shower glass doors inside; did my best to clean the shower head but it's beyond saving.
Thanks, i'm not super sad about it because i have provincial funding and we dont have to jump through too many hoops, and right now stuff is Happening so i figured it was for the best.
