It's from this game about assorted campers in a cabin when there is a bear outside that is definitely completely normal and not weird and spooky and terrifying at all. If you choose "close the curtains" and then "wait for the bear to leave," the camper reads a book they found in the attic to pass the time while trying to ignore the bear. It is a very weird book.

 

The thing that baffles me is that one pomegranate pip almost makes sense, and two is confirming a hypothesis, but by the fifth one, the answer is pretty clearly, ‘If you stick a pomegranate pip up your nose, you’ll have a pomegranate pip up your nose.’
