Ib is a near-perfect game imo :) Good concept, good characters and good sequence of events, I suppose? And it can be scary without making someone TOO afraid to play through it all. I haven't checked out yume nikki and have only watched the witch's house through youtube letsplays. It's good from what I've seen though... so does Mad Father. Haven't heard of hello charlotte but I heard of OFF everywhere, still haven't checked it out myself. I like a lot of these kinds of games despite not having played most of them haha
