    I´m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but I think this means that you keep medicaid.

    Disclaimer: not a lawyer, just used to picking through medical legalese because I'm a weird child.

    >The Montgomery County DJFS (department of jobs and family services) dun fucked up
    >You get all your old Medicaid benefits back, whatever they were, and this "termination" bs is reversed
    >The Agency (I assume someone else involved with the Medicaid stuff) is responsible for making sure all your paperwork gets transferred from Franklin County to Montgomery County, and will be mailing you any necessary verification stuff for that transfer
    >You have 10 days from mailing to answer that verification stuff, and the Agency has to notify you when everything gets approved and goes through

    >The judge agrees with all this stuff the hearing officer suggested, you won your appeal, and the Montgomery County DJFS has to comply or they get in more legal trouble.
