my dad was really partial to pistachio chocolate bars, but i can't seem to find them anywhere. so i thought i'd make some chocolate bark with pistachios in. thing is, i'm finding twenty million variations online, so i thought i'd ask the kintsugin if any of you have any tried and true bark recipes. he likes his food pretty straightforward, so the simpler the recipe the better. bonus points for ones that already incorporate pistachios.
