I haven't actually read these comics in like, three years, since they're all in this one box, but it was these short run series set in a completely different universe from the rest of marvel. It was great, despite some weird jesus imagery stuff, and the way the superheroes (or parahumans) interacted with the world was really cool and not at all overblown like the mutants sometimes got. Also they dealt with the idea of people with more useless powers still having to hide, or else they'd be captured. See: a woman who glows constantly. A man who exudes acid out of his skin. Someone who moves at hyperspeed and therefore can't interact with the world entirely. A man with a showdowform that occasionally takes him over. It was great, and wonderful, but yeah. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Universe
