idk about you people, but I get my best drawing and crafting done when I have good company. I call this the art class effect.

Would anyone be interested in hanging out in a skype chat Friday evening while we make stuff? I might make this a regular thing if there's enough interest.

I still wanna try to make Fridays my official Do Art Things Day, so I'll be doing the skype things after a good post-work nap. I'll need it after the extra long work week.

I'm doing this fo real this time. Since it isn't black friday and I don't feel TOO much like a zombie person. idek what I'll be working on. I'm almost finished with a cross stitch thing, but I might dig through ye olde box o' sketches to see if I can find inspiration for a new thing to make. I've also got a million half finished paintings and illustrations I could pick up, but ehhhh. I'm trying to avoid hitting a dead end.

Or.. uhh.. Probably anytime after 5:00 pm EST. I'm just going to be bumming around. It's kinda like an open house, but on skype. :D

 

Also, this will be voice chat optional. I'll be on my mic because I'll need my hands free, but everyone is welcome to just lurk and type if that's more your thing. I've done this before with different groups and had much success.

 

I'd be so up for this, except that my skype hates me, logged me out and now refuses to let me back in :C

lulz I tripped and fell into a barrel of brain weasels, so art hasn't actually happened yet. But I spent time holding my cat and the world feels a little kinder now. Drawing Don't Starve because sad kids are best kids. I'mma post this on my bloge, too. Send me a message if you wanna start/be added to chat.

What's a good start time for you peeps? I'm off work today so all times are good times for me. Sometime in the afternoon/evening seems best to me. This whole daytime thing is ugh. (Also I'm packing 1 million boxes because I'm moving. So daytime is packing time.)

WELL I've done all of the packing I have energy for today. Time for caffeine and doodles.
