uh. so i know bio-females are more prone to UTIs, especially after sex. just did piv for the first time sat night. now i have UTI symptoms. called a doc, getting meds shortly, that's all working out. but uh. i didn't shower after or since the sex bc lol depression + busy with school so what is spoons leftover for hygeine. did wipe off the undercarriage right after tho. but would that lack of hygeine make me get an infection? how much of a dumbass am i guys?
It's actually really common to get a UTI after sex. Common practice for vagina havers is to pee afterwards, to kill the bacteria. There's also a ton of sneaky ways UTIs can happen, including sometimes the condom itself! But, yeah...poor hygiene will definitely increase the risk of an infection.
Also, because I am a long time member of the Depression Club for No Showers, I suggest picking up some personal wipes to keep said undercarriage clean, if you haven't already. Wasn't sure if you used wipes or just toilet paper.

No worries! I got a lot of UTIs when I was younger thanks to eating a lot of sugar and not using condoms on sex toys. You're definitely not alone in this department and it's good you got yourself some meds so quickly.
