If you cannot afford to donate, please don´t, your wellfare is important and you should not get yourself in trouble to help others. Soo starting off. In germany there´s an unfortunate law that says you have to pay the government TV channel even if you don´t have a TV, unless you can prove you have a good reason not to, such as being on student wellfare (Bafög, for any germans). If you don´t hand in proof, it doesn´t matter whether you qualified for exemption you still have to pay the money for the time you didn´t have proof. You can guess where this goes. Do to a paperwork fuckup which was not entirely within my control, I don´t have proof of exemption for a few month, and now this agency wants 150 euros from me. Which i plain don´t have. Even if I were to live on rice and nothing for a month, I wouldn´t have it. So, any help you can give is appreciated. My paypal email is sharrane@gmail.com Thanks.
Alright, so I have a bit of excess cash atm, but I need to set up a paypal first. Also, I'm from the US so I don't know if I can be of any assistance in the first place. So... Do I need to jump through some hoops for currency exchange, and what's the deadline looking like on this?
Thank you. I never had problems sending money to anyone in the US, so I don´t expect any the other way around? Paypal can send money in any currency you want to. As for the deadline, it´s according to the letter, right now, which is impossible, so before the end of this month would be good because then there won´t be more payments tacked on.

So ... I'm caught in a cashflow crunch and can't afford my medications that I really, really need to keep healthy and functional. I lost my job about a month and a half ago. I have applied for unemployment but it hasn't come through yet. I have a verbal job offer from T-Mobile but it's been stuck in their HR department for like 3 weeks to get me the official offer.
