I don't know... I came up with this while I was trying to design a personality for a character design I bought off a friend. B]

So basically the concept of this game is that we'll be creating an OC with the following, completely randomized, criteria:
    • Their MBTI type (with the additional Assertive or Turbulent traits)
    • Their temperament
    • Their hogwarts house
    • Their moral alignment
    • Their zodiac (both sun and moon)
    • A couple of personality traits
This has full potential to create very contradictory characters - introverts who are brave and assertive, extroverts who are shy... stuff like that, but, hey, that's what makes characters realistic! Humans are contradictory too!

Aaah... nerding aside, we'll be utilizing a few generators to do this, mostly the ones found on random.org. Also I'll be providing links to sites where you can learn more about the personalities, alignments... etc. They may not align with public opinion (on opinion-based things, like zodiacs) so feel free to do your own research if you're serious about your cluster-fucky character.

    So, let's get to it!

OPTIONAL: Pick a number between 1 and 7. For lists longer than 7 items, you'll be using your number to decide which choice to go with. (So on the MBTI list, if you chose 3, you'll be using the 3rd option)

    STEP ONE: Myers-Briggs MBTI
    1. Put the following list into random.org's list randomizer
      INTJ-A
      INTP-A
      ENTJ-A
      ENTP-A
      INFJ-A
      INFP-A
      ENFJ-A
      ENFP-A
      ISTJ-A
      ISFJ-A
      ESTJ-A
      ESFJ-A
      ISTP-A
      ISFP-A
      ESTP-A
      ESFP-A
      INTJ-T
      INTP-T
      ENTJ-T
      ENTP-T
      INFJ-T
      INFP-T
      ENFJ-T
      ENFP-T
      ISTJ-T
      ISFJ-T
      ESTJ-T
      ESFJ-T
      ISTP-T
      ISFP-T
      ESTP-T
      ESFP-T
    2. Randomize the list 15 times. Use the first type on the list or your lucky number between 1 and 7 chosen above.
You can read about each personality here and more about the -A and -T extensions here.

    STEP TWO: Four Temperaments
    1. Use random.org's random number generator (the top of their home page) to have it pick a number between one and four.
    1 - Choleric
    2 - Melancholic
    3 - Sanguine
    4 - Phlegmatic
You can read more about the four temperaments here.

STEP THREE: Hogwarts House (The most fun one)

    1. Use random.org's random number generator to have it pick a number between one and four.
And because I'm a rebel, here's the order

    1 - Ravenclaw
    2 - Gryffindor
    3 - Hufflepuff
    4 - Slytherin
You can read more about the qualities of the houses here.

    STEP FOUR: D&D Moral Alignments

    1. Put the following list into random.org's list randomizer:
      Lawful Good
      Neutral Good
      Chaotic Good
      Lawful Neutral
      True Neutral
      Chaotic Neutral
      Lawful Evil
      Neutral Evil
      Chaotic Evil
    2. Randomize the list 15 times. Use the 1st option or your lucky number.
    3. Refer to the edgy-ness chart

Learn more about the alignments here.

    STEP FIVE: Zodiac Signs
    1. Put the following list into random.org's list randomizer:
      Aries
      Taurus
      Gemini
      Cancer
      Leo
      Virgo
      Libra
      Scorpio
      Sagittarius
      Capricorn
      Aquarius
      Pisces
    2. Randomize the list 15 times. Again, use the 1st or your lucky number.
    3. Repeat the process for sun or moon signs.
You can read more about what the signs are supposed to mean here.

    STEP SIX: Personality Traits
    1. Use this generator.
    2. List and use the first three negative traits and first three positive traits.
    3. If you can/want, list the first three neutral traits.
    STEP SEVEN: Optional Tests
Since you're probably very well versed in how to use random.org by now, here's some ideas for more tests.
    1. Upbringing (Wealthy, Comfortable, Poor)
    2. Appearance traits
    3. Sexuality and gender
    4. Favorite Pokemon
    5. Favorite genre of music
    6. Favorite season
    7. Favorite time of day
    8. Age
    9. Occupation (there's a lot of character-specific generators here)
    10. Superpowers (Click here as many times as you want)
Haha... okay. Sorry that was so long, but, hey, I did it for one of my characters as I was typing this up, and I thought it seemed kind of fun! So yeah... go nuts. And, tell me about your new abominations! I'd love to hear about them.

Boots i have no idea what im doing

Ok, so this sounded like lots of fun. I might flesh it out later, but here's what I came up with while I was killing time trying to avoid traffic:
(I left the name out because I want to keep it generic enough to use for a character in my current worldbuild/conlang setting....just in case.)

    Random Character
    ================

    Myers-Briggs: INTP-A
    Temperament: Melancholic
    Hogwarts House: Ravenclaw
D&D Alignment: Lawful Neutral (The rectangle of snooze)
    Star Sign: Aries
    Upbringing: Comfortable
    Favorite Season: Winter
    Occupation: Criminal
    Character Traits: Judgemental
    Manipulative
    Cruel
    Easy-going
    Cheerful
    Charming
    Sexuality/Gender: Asexual Romantic
    Promiscuous
    Non-Binary

They are very smart, and pride themselves on their intelligence and creativity. They absolutely hate being thought of as "common". They enjoy solving riddles and puzzles, often at the expense of other people. They won't ever lie outright, but they will definitely leave out information or allow people to make assumptions.

They dislike having to explain their thought processes, and they have a sharp wit--something that has been known to get them into trouble. They also have a quick temper. It tends to make an appearance around people they consider stupid or unworthy of their time, although it can also flare out at friends. (The difference being that a friend will usually get an apology of some kind.)

If they consider you a friend, they are usually quite easy-going and fun to be around. However, they are no good at emotional support, preferring to solve problems with logic and cool detachedness rather than messy emotions.

They're not particularly adventurous; they tend to stick to people and places they're already familiar with, although the siren song of an unsolved puzzle is often enough to make them overcome their distaste of new things.

They earn their living by stealing things. Hidden things. Things lost to the ages. Or, sometimes just shiny things that belong to an asshole. While they have a very strong moral code, that code doesn't always align with societal mores.

ahahaha this is basically me. Except I'm a slytherin, not an aries, and hate winter. Oh and i'm not a criminal.
