So my mom was in the garage with the feral cats she's trapped, and she saw one staring at something on the ground. Now we have a tiny eyes-closed hairless mouse. Currently it is in my bra for warmth. I read some things on the Internet and I tried to give it water with a paintbrush but it won't drink any. One of my mom's rescue friends is coming over; she wants to take it to the hospital. Idk why we are so emotions about this mouse given that my snake eats them, but now we are invested in it. updates to come? tw for probable animal death.
Babymouse is now in a takeout container with holes punched in it. When it's light out I'm gonna put it outside somewhere the dog can't get it (currently it's in my room.) I sincerely doubt its bones are big or solid enough to save, but I might as well try.
gave up on tinymouse. however, mittens the wandering cat who sometimes visits our house appears to have gifted us with a dead squirrel.
