I don't remember if we have a thread like this already, but who doesn't love trash music

 

Does listening to the Hamilton cast album every day to the point where you have it memorised count as trash music, because if so

 

Same hat- for like the past month anytime I try to listen to something else it's like "eh, this is nice, but it's not Hamilton"

 

I keep listening to Hamilton while I'm eating, to the point where there's some sort of pavlovian programming going on to make me seriously crave shawarma every time i listen to aaron burr, sir.

My personal trash: so much Jpop. So much. Includes Vocaloid songs, lots and lots eroge/anime opening/endings (b/c I am trash in many ways), vocal versions of Touhou music, doujin songs....... .......... .....

Also: like five different versions of Edgar and Sabin's theme from FF VI. I love that damn song. Then they mash it up with the Coin Song, and hot DAMN, now we're cooking with gas.

I unironically listen to a lot of jpop. Namie Amuro, Anna Tsuchiya, Ayumi Hamasaki, Hikaru Utada... mostly the ~idols~, and a ton of jrock bands. I actually went to a L'arc en Ciel concert and it was so goddamn awesome
