Spoiler: talk about disordered eating i have an eating disorder i've been struggling with from a very, very early age. i want to break out of it, but my dad provides very little for me and mainly gives me my two meals so i'm easier to care for. are there any light foods you can recommend i should start out with? i tried a peach and an apple before, but i got very sick and light-headed.
