And I don't really remember what I would need to tell them. Like I forget symptoms when they aren't bothering me that moment.... Help? I haven't seen a psychologist since august of last year.
My strategy has always been to have a place to list stuff (mine is my tumblr tag "whoops"), because I'm exactly bad at that kind of on demand recall. Having somewhere I know I'm putting that stuff makes it way easier to go back to later.
Would going back through your previous posts on the forums help? Perhaps that will jog your memory about your symptoms and searching that out + writing it out would help. Otherwise, I guess I could give you some... uh, prompts, I suppose, to see if these ring any bells. They're just random possibly symptoms stuff I am throwing out. Problems with motivation? Problems with anxiety? Problems relating to people the usual way? Problems with feeling worthless/lazy? Problems with remembering things? Problems with organizing stuff? Sensory issues? Food issues? Numb/TOO MUCH FEELING issues? etc.
