So I devopled something I thought at first was ring worm that spread to several places on my chest and stomach -- then a patch on my back now a patch on my neck. But once I looked up more pictures and stuff ...this looks and acts nothing like ring worm? And neither my roommate or my cats have any sign of ring worm.
Have a just stressed myself into weird patches of dry skin and once I thought I had it I got new stuff that looked like it? One of the marks was something I thought was a scar that I've had for years now so ...

I've been putting on antifngal cream for two days now and washing with antifungal soap for a day. Been washing everthing that touches the areas after wearing in hot water since I first noticed the 'second' mark (ie the mark that hasn't been there for years? Can you have doriment ring worm? IDK)

Looks like a mild case of tinea versicolor to me, but I Am Not A Doctor. If it is, just keep with the antifungal treatment for a week or two and it'll clear up.

This is thread-necroing a bit, but given its quick spread and that it's on your torso/neck it's most likely not a fungal infection but Pityriasis Rosea, which is viral. It causes a rash of round, scaly red-pink patches with raised edges, lasts two or three months, and then goes away.
