@Ruevian yes ma'am! i now realize i didn't mention that oops. they probably look something like these: Spoiler (left image) length of fin-things is like first image, but relaxed like in the second image. basically just very fancy. Rahine also has seadweller ears, but they are sharper/less flowy and fancy, with a shape like figure 1 in this: Spoiler but honestly i'm just chuffed that you're drawing any of them so i'm not fussed! :D
Shapeshifter so it's fine if you do wing it. Build is kinda like the blue person (top row) in this picture. Cat ears instead of human ears, I think the fur is the same color as his hair. His face looks human, it's just the ears that aren't (except when he changes into a cat or something). I'm picturing him being white, but he's a shapeshifter so it's not like you have to go with that if you don't want to. Used to be part of a feral cat colony but never did get TNR'd. I don't know if he has any scars but it wouldn't be weird if he did.
