Nah, MTMTE 20 was well before Windblade was even introduced in canon for Dark Cybertron, while my vague timeline is more post exRID 33 (after DC). I just extrapolated that Starscream still keeps the teeny miniature of his altmode around for decorative purposes because it's egotistical/adorable
