it's actually kinda sad b/c cats used to visit each other in their camps, and from the phrasing/information given, it seems like emberstar would've been totally chill with things
like ryewhisker was going to be there for the kits' birth and everything :/
and emberstar's bffsie was thistletail from thunderclan

 

theory: Sparkpaw's dad is a time traveler, in the future after he has Sparkpaw
