architecture derail was, we were talking about kintsugi in space, and then suddenly we were talking about these badly-named sims-diamond-like vertical airship farm/town things.
*settles in to lurk, being someone with basically no inherent sense of composition but an acquired awe of good design*
Also apparently lawns are from the French monarchy, they were literally a status symbol telling all the peasants that they royalty could afford to waste land. you could put gardens there or native groundcover instead.
