I think most people know about being emotionally gut punched by a song, but it doesn´t happen all the time because we´re used to the emotional content of music.
Chell reference for music are GLADOS´songs, and radio elevator music. That means the emotional content in songs hits her HARD because she has no reference points to even it out so to speak.

 

Pocky is actually a biscuit stick with chocolate or green tea/strawberry/pumpkin/whatever candy coating. I know this because it is one of the things I miss most about being gluten free, although I do not eat it because I hate being even sicker, more depressed and in more pain than I already am.

It's entirely possible that pocky coated in apple-cinnamon could exist but technically pocky is a cookie/biscuit, not candy.

There may have been a brainfart but at least in German the word equivalent to "candy" is kind of an umbrella term for everything that's a sweet snack with little substance. So like. chocolates or hard candy, or mini pies are all "candy" in a way. "Süßigkeiten", "sweet things". So that's what I was angling for.

you can make a subaccount by clicking/hovering over your username in the top right and navigating to 'sub-accounts' so for example i play @Karkat Vantas which is one of my subs
uhhh lesse...don't worry about doubles of canon characters, the more the merrier! you can hop in/hop out whenever, it's super low-stress (which is why it's basically the only rp i do anymore)

 

OH and if you do post gifs, it's appreciated if you can put them under spoilers too! It's... mostly something the plane robots run into with their bird gifs when it's not me giffing all over the place on @WRENCH but it's worth mentioning!

Otherwise, the biggest thing is poking at this thread if you need clarification/want to mention something OOC and keeping an eye on it for other players doing the same. Since the SPR is very *wobbly hand gesture* in terms of rules and structure, OOC communication is important!
