Story time

I have a friend named Ben who drives and ambulance. ambulances have a similar kind of radio to cop cars, where the central authority at the hospital talks to incoming ambulances and helicopters to get the word on what's coming in before they arrive. it's an open frequency, so all the ambulances can hear what's going on with all the other ambulances. One day my friend overheard the following.

"Yeah, Erlanger East, we've got a man coming in with an object lodged in his penis."
"What sort of object?"
(muffled attempts at stifling laughter.) "It's... it's a spoon. Patient got it... all the way in. All the way in."

Today I learned that jpeg is called a "lossy" format (presumably because data is lost every time it's saved)

I really hope I'm not the only person to learn that and immediately think lossy.jpeg
