There's been some polls going around on Twitter lately.
Reigen of MP100 won a couple that he was, many argue, not actually a valid contestant to! (DILF and Twink, specifically)
This led to #REIGENSWEEP trending, and a general fandom push for him to win as many such contests as they could vote him in.
Enter: the Tumblr Sexyman poll
(held on Twitter, yes - the vibe comes from Tumblr fandom chaos)
Various infamous Tumblr Sexymen are voted out.
The finalists face off: Sans Undertale vs Reigen MP100.
The voting is intense. Previous votes in this competition saw thousands of voters, yes.
This one resolves with far more than the rest:
244,809 votes.
50.1% to 49.9%.

he's been getting the sexyman treatment, minus the sexy part.

 

Onceler was in the tournament, Megamind KOd him in the first round. Also I think Ingo was a Pixiv sexyman before he became a Tumblr sexyman. He did become a rumpled amnesiac living in the wilderness but I don't known where that fits on the Twink/Dilf/Sexyman chart. There was a lot of horny fanart of him for a while, he was definitely a something.

 

he hits somewhere in the intersection of the sexy old man/pathetic old man/competence kink/surrogate parent zones, which is apparently a rich vein. he definitely got the same treatment as Sans re: the fandom giving him a much closer relationship to the (vaguely self-insert) main character than he canonically has.

edit: oh yeah, and he also has a smiley brother who loves him
