Remember also that the Cerberus that funded this project was the ME2 Cerberus, which on the whole was more actively devoted to securing humanity's chances, and not always in ways that required violence and force. Especially if TIM wasn't too game on including other races but had to concede for some reason, the front of a very civillian initiative would make cerberus agents that much stronger. I also think that TIM Clone who had grunt like memories could be really awesome. I don't think it'll happen, but I like it :D

I always love TIM as a character, because he is very much the Gollum/Smeagol of the OT. A major villain and almost ruins the heroes victory but also, victory would have never been possible without their actions.

 

So, Jaal is now available as a love interest for male Ryders.
