Iiiiii've been neglecting this thread. Anyways, I'll probably continue to do so because wip shots of this beast are going to be SO gradual, but I spent a couple hours today defining a decent-sized chunk of starscream leg Also, my phone's absurd aspect ratio is perfect for photographing the stupidly huge frame I have to use for this beast :P (the leg is the brown bit at the bottom that's halfway filled in) (these will truly not be very interesting wip pictures for a long time yet) (my main goal is to advance it to a point that looks somewhat impressive before I drag this thing to a con or whatever) Spoiler
WELL. The bad news is that I'm 99% sure verizon lied when they said they transferred my files to my new phone. And since I was sitting on the cdrw cross-stitch thing until I was able to give them to JRO, the nicely-staged, freshly-ironed photos from this summer are... probably no more. Moderately devastating. But luckily I realized this might be a problem, so I've got tolerable photos of the full set of eight in the hotel lobby that are nicer than the late-night versions I posted upthread.
