I don't really mind imagery, it's just...people talking about Christianity to children? That sort of condescending "this is the way it is why are you asking questions you silly child just submit your brain to our stories" You don't get to decide if you believe in it. You're told if you don't believe, that's ok, He loves you regardless, and you'll believe someday. Eventually. Inevitably. Or else you're just wrong. But that's ok. We love you. Like you're the only one in the room who doesn't think the sky is blue. I know this isn't the religion whinging thread, sorry XD anyhow. I'll probably see it and fast forward through some parts.
got into the double life minecraft youtube series via vwocky, the session 4 episodes are bonkers so much fishing rod mayhem that pool party (tl;dr of the series: hardcore minecraft except you have 3 lives and share a healthbar with another player, which is referred to as being soulmates with them. once you get down to your final life you're allowed and, per the rules, encouraged to try to kill other players. it has been 4 episodes and they are down to one pair of all-lives-remaining, two 'divorced' soulmate pairs both on 2 lives left each, and eight players with only one life.)
I still get fond memories of slyfoxhounds minecraft marriage series. Back in the first minecraft heydey, almost ten years ago now. Or maybe it was ten years ago. I know I was in middle or early high school.
Spoiler: Spoiler for 3 hours and fifty minutes in He did it he did the thing i jokingly wanted! For the Laverne and Shirley crossover episode he teams up with his dad. Quinton truly does deliver.
latest block action RP minecraft youtuber madness: a robot gave a dwarf a mad libs style prompt telling him to do something involving the server's admin, the noun "vault", and the verb "multiply". he decided to throw a costume party in the king's vault where everyone was dressed as the server's admin and invite the admin. through the power of "yes, and" it ended up maybe being the admin's character's birthday. they played musical boats. a potion of slow falling was decided to be alcohol. the admin won an all-season-long 50% off voucher for the dwarf's store and also a high-value quest crystal by winning musical boats. then the dwarf started giving away the last of the king's diamonds as party favours, which is how the king's right hand man realized this party he was attending was not above board. then the king arrived and everyone scattered, which was how another attendee realized that this hadn't been cleared with the king. their proximity voice chat mod resulted in the perfect comedic timing of hearing the king go "HOW DID YOU LET THIS HAPPEN?" to his right hand man, receding into the distance as the viewpoint people fled. this was all improv. the robot then told the dwarf to "remove king claim". this might've referred to removing all the "property of the crown" signs from around the shopping district but the dwarf decided this meant he needed to overthrow the king.
"remove king claim" has been confirmed to be a. rigged and b. referring to removing the signs, not that the dwarf cares
This is very niche, but Costume CO has a lot of videos dedicated to GoT costuming. I've just finished watching her ranking of all Danys costumes and now I have many others to slowly work through. Fashion and personal design is important for my writing, so it's particularly useful to me. She also delves into many other fandom. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, several historical shows, some Marvel stuff, lots. And stuff for Fire and Blood of course. Its awkward being one of the ASOIAF fans not interested in that show XD
A very good video that I did not watch directly and on occasion turned the sound down because those weird little monsters press every NO button in my soul
