@KathyGaele witnessed. I'm not allergic to cold, but I do essentially shut down bc joint pain and pain from the pins in my ankle, plus asthma means I can't breathe so I basically start hibernating once it gets below 24 degrees C

@Key yo eggs ping my sensory issues so hard that I can't if I know they're part of a dish, w certain exceptions

For me, as long as I couldn't tell based on taste/texture that there were eggs in it, it was fine. So things like deviled eggs, omelet, quiche, souffle, and quite a few more that I can't think of just weren't options for me. But mayonnaise and and breads? Absolutely fine. French toast was iffy, sometimes it was fine and sometimes it was too eggy.

Now peanuts. Peanut butter is absolutely the worst, and anything that sits next to something with peanut butter in it is contaminated and no longer edible. People love putting their peanut butter cookies and non-peanut butter cookies in the same containers, which means they're all peanut butter cookies according to my taste buds. No cookies for me! Ahahahah... I also have to hold my breath if I'm washing anything with peanut butter on it because the scent alone is too revolting. >.<

If it has fur, feathers, or pollen I'm allergic to it. The fur is mild enough that I don't care as long as I don't shove my face into my cat's tummy. How bad the pollen allergy is depends entirely on where i live and how long I've lived there. I lived in my current city for two years and had moderate allergic reactions every spring and fall, moved to nashville for a year and had such a bad allergic reaction during the first big bloom that i had to go home from work because it looked like I was crying my eyes were watering so much. I moved back to the other city a couple years ago and since then my allergies have been pretty mild. I still get a bit sniffly in the spring, but i have some over the counter allergy meds that fix that

I'm also allergic to red apple skins. Only red apples, and only the skins. They make my tongue and lips swell up and itch.

Also when i was dealing with anorexia i wasnt able to eat anything with heavy cream without getting hellish stomach issues. That's gone away now that I've gained some weight. Yay for being able yo eat ice cream again!

    Lizardlicks Friendly Neighborhood Lizard

I think my dandelion allergies have started to abate somewhat which is great, and I think it's because I grew up in a neighborhood where they were pretty well stamped out that I developed it, but after I moved I stopped trying to get rid of them because i feel bad about it (they're soooo useful). Now if I could get my seasonal dust allergies to do the same thing...
