There's a new cat in my parent's neighborhood and I don't recognize them but they are so friendly.
Also I got to meet another service-dog-in-training. I love love love the fact that my workplace is sometimes used as a place to help train service dogs.

 

Saw a great blue heron while I was out catching Slakoths this afternoon.

 

Someone in the larger workplace my work’s office is at has a beagle puppy and I die every time i seem them walking into work

 

I was sitting at a table by a lake eating lunch with some people and I felt a suddenly tap on my leg and when I turned to look a duck ran out from underneath the table. Fortunately I was wearing pants, but yeah, a duck apparently decided to peck me because ducks are assholes and the people who go to the lake feed the ducks too much for them to feel fear anymore.

 

One time I was sitting on the ground at the Square and a duck came up and...tried to eat my trousers??? Repeatedly??

There are dogs at Pride, this is not a drill. (I also met a Pomeranian named Penelope and a very excited German-Shepherdy-looking puppy with giant feet.)

I'm watching a male scarlet tanager out my window, distinguishable by being extremely red. First time I've seen one in a long time.

 

Sometimes when it's raining or cold birds perch on the railing outside the exit of my building and don't fly away when people walk past. A couple months ago there was a pigeon, and earlier this month was a fat little magpie ^_^

 

I saw so many dogs at pride yesterday and today!!!
In the parade, special mention goes to the two dachshunds with the bagpipe people amd the dogs had little plaid coats on to match

I met a toad today, by which I mean I almost stepped on a toad today because I was distracted by the fireflies. What are you doing just chilling in the middle of the sidewalk, dude?

Weird bald cardinal who, in the way of cardinals, was deeply offended by my presence.

Don't know if it was sickness, injury, or weird fashion statement, but there were no feathers on his head at all even though he looked otherwise normal.

I went to a dog show and thus saw All The Dogs O_O

I was mostly there to meet up with a gal who breeds Japanese Akita and Hokkaido Ken (I help moderate her youtube puppy streams), she had three of her dogs there to show :3 they were all great
