I love it?? It's so, it's such a grumpus.

 

Today I had a doctor's appointment and not only was the whole waiting area completely covered in decorations and lights and trees and mini villages but EVERYBODY WAS DRESSED UP IN COSTUMES, IT WAS COMPLETELY ADORABLE. All the receptionists were wearing curly elf shoes and santa hats. There was a lady drawing blood that was head-to-toe dressed as Mrs. Claus. My doctor wore glittery red reindeer horns and a shirt that said "Prancer" on it in fancy cursive. (It was the funniest thing, she came in completely straight-faced and looked at me like, "Yes, I am wearing reindeer horns, how can I help you today?")

I went in all anxious and miserable and left wearing a big doofy grin. X) Everybody was having so much fun. I wish I could have gotten pictures for you all.

 

It was at the Alina clinic! And yeah pompoms errwhere. 8)

I woke up in horrible pain BUT there's a new episode of Steven Universe on Christmas Eve and I'm super stoked for Christmas in general this year, so at least I have stuff to look forward to and I'm super excited about that! So that's the Mood rn.

 

oh dude I'm sorry about the pain, that is the worst way to wake up ;_; But whoa I didn't know there was an episode coming out that early, EEE, now i'm all excited too. 8) And also excited for you, there's nothing like having something happy in your future. X)

 

I managed to do something without intrusive thoughts guilt tripping me to hell and back.

Yeah, there's gonna be a new episode each week for a few weeks culminating in A FUCKIN 44-MINUTE SPECIAL! The hype is so real.

 

WHEW, there, i got all my proofs together and gave them city hall all on time and everything, and I think that's all I gotta worry about for the rest of the year.

I got me a coffee and blackberry scone to celebrate. 8)

Also dang, downtown and the surrounding neighborhood is SO PRETTY RIGHT NOW. Everything's covered in wreaths and trees and there's all sorts of lights glowing all peaceful and I can feel my blood pressure going down by degrees just gazing at everything.
