I would guess like 'tiara'?

I once read about a kid who was named like, Kevin Oliver (Surname) or some such--point is, his first initials were KO. It was some perfectly serviceable name...or it would be if the family's surname didn't begin with K. KOK. Good initials. </sarcasm>

(To make things worse: the name they'd originally considered would've given their son the initials KKK. Bonus points: IIRC, the family was Jewish. So I mean, I'd take KOK over KKK any day, but...wow. And to be fair, I can't remember if they actually went through with the name that abbreviates to KOK or not, but still.)
