That sounds like the name of a character in a mid-90s near-future cyberpunk/sci-fi kids' cartoon with stock footage of the characters Entering Cyberspace that tried to market itself as edgy and got canceled after one season.

There was a serial killer whose mother was named Clarnell. I’m not sure if that’s an actual name for humans, but it sounds more like a name for a cow or something.

 

Clarnell reminds me vaguely of an icecream brand

 

I googled "carina bone" (as in, one of the names for a particular bone found in birds) and got a "meet Carina Bone" page from a school of some sort.

There is at least one person in this world named Carina Bone. The one I accidentally found on Google is a science teacher.

I wonder if she knows she shares her name with a piece of a bird.

Braun, the German word for Brown, as a first name. I’d seen it as a surname before, but as a first name? Why would you name your kid “brown”?
