playing my characters in games helps me understand them better for writing later. i could say this is the reason i'm going to play jack saturday in a 'monster of the week' game with gui. but the truth is he just sounds like fun, and gui has a vampire who is kind of the opposite of jack in every way, and she's either going to hate him or be his best friend by the end of the first session, and i want to find out which. :D

 

oh! do you want pics from the old-as-hell quaker house? not necessarily because 'ah, yes, a quaker thing, for the quaker' but also because a) old and cool and b) probably hard to find pictures of because it's a moderately obscure historic site in deepest South Jersey that people don't go to a ton.

ahhh i can't remember the name of it but that very long one, i think a trilogy basically, where hux is going on trial and kylo goes back to his mother to try to advocate for him. very slow and psychological. if you look in my bookmarks on ao3 i don't have very many star wars fics, it shouldn't be hard to find.
