It sounds... Kinda unnecessary, IMO. Also, it being advertised as pretty much a hive you don't have to take care of is a bit .
Also, pretty much the only thing it changes is honey harvesting. Which is, IMO, one of the easiest things to do.
I can't weight in on the flow hive because I have no idea about them. I'm a bee enthusiast and shitposter, not a beekeeper, and this thread reflects that. BEES is a thread that's more about the lives and trials and tribulations of beekeeping.
The thing about the Flow hive is that, because the wax caps aren't removed, the bees still assume the comb is full of honey and won't figure out it isn't until they uncap them in the winter. With beehives where you remove the frames, that doesn't happen.
