ftm okosan has long been my headcanon for that exact reason. they present the fact that he has female plumbing as a joke in the manga but nope, taken entirely seriously, ftm oko 'sick gainz' san who becomes a god as an ultimate realization of altered gender is my baby now

I just heard real life Okosan was female, if that's true, then it would mean this is (kinda) canon

 

I remember it being said somewhere that the sprite used for Mr. Urushihara actually is a female parakeet. So trans dude Mr. Urushihara could also be canon (if anyone actually gave a shit about Mr. Urushihara)
