Huh. Maybe! I think it might be possible to override moderator permissions on a per-user basis or something. I could totally give someone a custom user group which shows as "staff" but does not actually get any powers.
Promise free wifi, that always works. Source: got 60% on the first round for student council elections in high school. They didn't give us free wifi, though.

I'm concerned about keeping the robot on post moderation because that's another task on the moderators' backs, and I can only imagine how spammy it's being since it looked like the posts were coming in roughly fifteen minute intervals prior to its silencing (I'm not speaking with authority on that by any means, I just glanced at its history for three or four posts). My vote goes towards walling it off in the RP wildlands.
