CALIFORNIA WEATHER THREAD (most important thread on kintsugi)

And now there’s a fire in my county.

We should be safe, but I am still kinda scared. :(

 

Rain! There's RAIN!!

 

its been nearly 80 F
IN FUCKING NOVEMBER

...but then as soon as i change back into shorts and short sleeves the temperature fucking drops to the 60

~im in sensory and temperature hell~

 

We're about to go back into the 90s for a couple days and then drop back down. My respiratory system is a wreck.

 

Y'all must be in the southern part. The best it's got here is in the 70's - alternating with 50s just to confuse the heck out of us. Wake up at 55, get to 75 by 10 am, pushes 78 by 3pm - then stays there until 8pm. Suddenly decides 60 is a good temp about 10 pm! ( I like 65-70, but not bouncing around in just an hour or so). Around midnight it drops to about 50 until 6-7 am (kay, I doesn't sleep lots)

 

Yeah, it’s mostly been around that temperature here. Maybe slightly cooler at times?

Pretty much ideal temperatures for me, honestly.

 

I'm comfy except for the rapid changes at sunrise/sunset :)

 

yeah im in SoCal

been yo-yoing between 60 and 80 so its either slightly too cold or too damn hot for november
would be nice to have more than 10 days a year that are within 5 degrees of 70 F

 

Is why I like Georgia - winter nights can get COLD but daytime temps (in forest) tend to be in the high 60s, low 70s most of the year. (Cities - like Atlanta - can get insanely hot in the summer - avoid cities). CA weather is just uncomfy year round.

 

Fire season part 2, how is everybody holding up?

 

After seeing pictures of just how insane this is, I may be reconsidering moving to Cali in the future. Stay safe, people.

 

I has been given the good news (after the surprise and change meltdowns were handled) that I will be soon not having to deal with CA weather after the 27th! Is getting out of this place and going to a place that is worser!

 

San Francisco's fairly safe, as long as we don't have a bad quake.

 

Well, I did like San Fran last time I visited. You have an in n out burger, right?

 

Yes, yes we do.

It's one of the few fast food places I can actually eat at.
