Camp Half-Blood/Jupiter RP

Adara receives pomegranate lollipop, wonders what it's supposed to mean
goes to her dad for advice
"dad you need to teach me how to romance girls"
Hades is like "....no"
"YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND SHE GAVE ME A LOLLIPOP AND A BOOK I NEED TO DO SOMETHING"
"um"
Adara shows up with flowers, realizes Lark totally could've grown them by herself, leaves in total embarrassment

 

Lark proceeds to accept flowers, play it off like no big deal, and IMMEDIATELY rush to her cabin to replant them near her bed/blush furiously.

 

Adara's like "okay she accepted the flowers now what"
"maybe dinner?"
she finally gets up the courage to approach Lark and then this shy little nerd kid blurts out "do you want to sneak out of camp with me later tonight and go to this cool place for food"

 

Lark is overwhelmed with dokis
*inwardly* "oh noooo she's so cute"
*outwardly* "Sure, sounds like a fun idea."

 

Adara proceeds to be like "YES" and then remembers Lark is still standing there
coughs, blushes, walks away to go back to her cabin and celebrate
she shows up to sneak out, brings her dagger just in case, because monsters
is very clearly super nervous because she hasn't been out of camp since she was like ten

 

Lark's just like "wait we're going on a date. DATE, GOING ON. OH BOY"
Grows a friggin flower crown like "yes good, date present."
Lark's been out of camp closer to recently (cause REBELLION XD) so she's just like "okay, this part I can handle"
"Don't worry, I do this all the time. It'll be fun."
Annnnd then prophecy/quest stuff probably messes up the date.

 

YES. yes perfect.
and Adara's just like "it was perfect anyway because I got to spend time with Lark" even though she can't stop worrying over whether or not Lark had a terrible time because of the date getting messed up.

 

Lark's worrying the exact same thing, and then she's like
"I bet we can do better next time. As long as you want a next time."
*internally* "OH GODS OH GODS OH GODS I MESSED UP AAAAHHHHHHHH"

 

and Adara's just like, internally screaming that Lark wants there to be a next time because what she didn't think that Lark would want a next time after that
and outwardly she's like "YES!!! YES" blushes as she realizes how loud that was, clears throat and tries to be calm "I mean um a next time sounds fun"

Lark's just like "wait she wants a next time :D"
"Uh, cool. Probably when there's less to crash it, I guess."

 

Adara nods, grinning like an idiot the whole time, and then practically skips off to fantasize about what they'll do
she cannot wait for the quest stuffs to end so that the date with Lark can happen

They just end up somewhere datelike and just decide "yes, we're counting this"

and at first Adara's nervous because impromptu date, what, she hasn't had time to prepare what is she going to say
but it goes really well and she's just like YES GOOD

 

Larkspur is just so SHOCKED at how amazing everything is and how CUTE Adara is and just best quest ever oh my gods

and Adara can't stop gushing about it in messages to her dad because she's not sure who else to gush to about how cute Lark is and how amazingly the impromptu date went
and it's just amazing and perfect

 

Lark's just surrounded by rose bushes or something. She has too many feels and they have affected the nearby plants.

 

Adara thinks this is just the cutest thing ever and she loves roses and thinks Lark's powers are fantastic

 

Lark's just blushing furiously surrounded by plants.

 

Auden is the very annoyed third party who is seriously considering just locking the two of them in a cabin.
