I think you're doing fine. Lark's over here like HAHAHAHA FEELINGS ABOUT MY FAMILY, NOPE THOSE AREN'T A THING all of these dorks need some hugs.
Auden has a fairly normal childhood if you ignore the blacksmithing and monsters. He offers hugs to all his friends
One, I came up with a name for my girl, it is Dina. Anyways, Dina's dad basically became a defense lawyer working for some kind of activist/human rights group, and he does a lot of defending people who got unfairly accused, or something. Dina probably had a normalish childhood on that end, but I think she got in trouble a lot for fighting bullies, so that + ADHD + dyslexia probably got her labelled as a problem child. Eventually she ended up going to the camp, but wasn't claimed, so she stayed in Hermes cabin. Then the events of the last book happened, she got claimed and had a nice new cabin all to herself.
Interesting fact - in Roman Mythology, Ceres is also regarded as the goddess of entrance to the underworld, who guards the boundary between life and death. This isn't related to anything, it's just interesting.
I mean, that does make sense. (this rp has to end up with them doing underworld stuff. it just feels set up perfectly for it.)
Also, Ceres and pigs mutally hate each other. Pigs trampled the tracks Prosperpina left when she was abducted and made Ceres have to do a long, painful, fruitless search. she just fucking hates pigs okay. It's why people sacrificed pigs to her, because aw yesssss, another pig dead. ...that's hilarious.
give her offerings of bacon. SO MUCH BACON. I'm picturing a meeting with her in a diner or something, now. And like over half of what has been ordered is dead pigs.
Would Persephone/Proserpina even care about her half-siblings, or would she consider them her mom's business?
that would be hilarious. also maybe they end up traveling into the underworld or something at some point? they should. it needs to happen.
depends very much of HOW she's running into them. (and if she's currently threatening to turn the local hades child into a dandelion.)
Poppy and Larkspur looking back and forth like "you say something." "no, YOU say something." "what do." "halp"
Adara just like. what do I say. if I say something I'm going to offend her. maybe I shouldn't say anything. but what if that offends her.
