Can I gather some data about your sleeping habits?

Mid-September, Germany, early afternoon.

Used to sleep next to my parents' pen&paper table during game nights, because I wouldn't sleep in the quiet, dark backroom.
Random bouts of ~1 hour YOU SLEEP NOW which I cannot do anything against when I apparently haven't slept enough in the last few days, extremely refreshed and alert after that.

Can rarely fall asleep before midnight, circadian rhythm seems to be 2am-10am, although this semester's rhythm of midnight-8am is not exactly bad.
Can totally power through a night if given something to occupy my brain with. Won't even notice.

Can't sleep on my back, or if loud/icky noises (drills, snoring, clock ticking, ....) are present, or I smell something that is not water or wet earth.

The YOU SLEEP NOW overrides everything in that regard, but depending on how drowsy I am, I need my sleeping mask because my router's LEDs will keep me awake otherwise. Yay.

 

August, germany, haven´t a clue about time of day.
I sleep from about 4am to noon if left alone. However, as a kid I always slept with the light on, which may have more to do with it. Also gives me the superpower to sleep in any light.

 

Born in July, which is the deeps of Winter in the Southern Hemisphere, in a place where it's relatively cold (it doesn't snow, but we also have no heating at all so every house gets zero-celsius temperatures and everyone has to just shrug and live with that), late at night. Always had a hard time sleeping, whenever possible prefer to do it during the day, especially in the afternoon when it's bright. Left entirely to my own devices, I sleep from 4 or 5 a.m. to around 9a.m. and then nap in the afternoon for 2 to 4 hours. Currently, I take antidepressants that make me sleepy and then go to bed and sleep through the night like a fucking angel.
