Wait, does corrosion allow all poison type moves to work on steel types, or does it just allow shit like toxic to get through? I assumed it was the latter and not the former.

Just musing on why fairy seems like it doesn't do well against fire even though there no elemental type advantage. My theory that I have not check against anything what so ever is that the average fairy base move stats/the defense it targets happen to be something that fire types defensive stats ( as an average across all fire type pokemon) match well against.

 

I think hammer arm would be good! Pangoro's speed is already nothing special so the stat loss isnt likely to do much of anything. Personally i would go with brick break though, since it has 100% accuracy. Also if you'd like a kartana i actually have 2! Someone was very nice and wondertraded me one awhile back.

As for fairy type not hitting well against fire- maybe its a mythology thing? Like how iron is supposed to be deadly to fairies and steel is the closest pokemon type to iron.

@Hobo only poisons them, but Salazzle is still part fire, so my point still remains.

 

One of those mareanies would be nice, but im not picky since ive already completed my new living dex! I've also got a nice garchomp i was planning to wt anyway, but im not sure of its ability

@BunjyWunjy sweet! and if you want a kartana with a good nature lemme know, i have sun so i have 3 :P and i have 2 available; one with +speed and one with +attack, i forget which natures those are specifically since it's not in front of me rn. and both have -sp attack which doesn't matter on kartana

IVs aren't perfect but they're both max in at least attack and speed so ? (i'd be willing to trade for that maranie tbh)

ETA: OH WHOOPS i didn't see someone already offered my bad ;3;

second ETA: aaahh i got them mixed up, both of the kartana don't have max speed IVs o|-< but they have max attack and good natures;;

 

Oh no, take ironic's kartana! I just checked and mine are kind of crappy. No wonder they got traded off :p the garchomp is still on the table though, he is very nice and has rough skin!
