why do so many people in sunmo trading want level 1-10 dugtrio/ditto/lycanroc/etc? is that even possible? i thought ditto is caught at around level 20 and evolutions happen after level 10

 

They're using some kind of cloning glitch and putting that to avoid the Pokémon actually being traded, I'd say.
